Meet The Team
Mary Braun, DPT, COMT
Mary has been working in outpatient orthopedics for 13 years. Originally from the midwest, she was the Physical Therapist for professional dance companies in Chicago including Hubbard Street Dance Chicago. She also worked on Broadway in shows including Wicked and The Addams Family.
She moved to Colorado in search of the great outdoors. While working in an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Longmont, CO, she started a Pilates program where she taught a wide range of clientele.
She has an eclectic range of manual therapy techniques that she incorporates in her treatment including Dry Needling, Graston, Active Release technique (ART), and Cupping. She is a certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) which demonstrates her advanced clinical knowledge of joint mobilization in orthopedics.
A long time athlete and a collegiate cyclist, Mary is always training for the next race. In addition, she is a mom of three young children and therefore has had first hand experience in returning individuals to their athletic optimum.

Jennifer M. Fremgen, PT
Jennifer Fremgen, PT is originally from the northern Chicagoland area where she practiced Physical Therapy for over 25 years. She has strong orthopedic and post-operative background working closely with physicians from her region. She received her certification in Dance Rehabilitation from Westside Dance PT in NYC. She worked closely with a local dance studio to develop a strength program specifically for dancers. Jen spent the last 5 years of her career in Illinois as the owner of private PT practice in Antioch, IL.
Jen moved to Colorado last summer following a long time dream of living in the mountains. She and her husband have three young adult children. Together they have a love of the outdoors including skiing and hiking. In her free time, Jen makes artisan soaps and lotions.
Jen’s treatment focus is combining manual therapies with postural enhancement and functional training. She uses Pilates based mat strengthening in much of her exercise choices and is detail oriented with completion of strengthening techniques. She is certified in Dry Needling from Master Dry Needling, IASTM and Cupping and has completed a vast array of continuing education throughout her years.
Carrie Diflumeri, PT
Our newest member of the team is Carrie Diflumeri. Carrie has been an Evergreen resident for 22 years and physical therapist for 24 years. She graduated from American International College in Springfield, MA and is originally from Albuquerque, NM.
Her experience has been in sub-acute rehab including being a director of rehabilitation. She also has experience in home health and outpatient physical therapy. Carrie utilizes exercise based techniques as well as manual therapy for helping patients of all ages reach their functional goals and highest potential.
She loves nature, hiking and yoga and spending time with family and friends in this stunning community. She is proud to boast on her children, one Army Ranger of 2 years in Ft. Moore, GA and her daughter is a sophomore at Evergreen High and on the wrestling team.
Carrie is excited to join the team and serve her community more closely.
Medical and office assistant by trade, Tammy enjoys helping people and providing quality care to patients as well as dedicated support to her Synergy co-workers/family.
A Colorado native, Tammy has lived and worked around the world and country with her husband and three children, coming full circle to put down roots in her native state.
She enjoys photography, hiking, camping, frequent travel with her family & friends and spending quality time with her Grandson.
