Mary Braun, DPT, COMT
Mary has been working in outpatient orthopedics for 13 years. Originally from the midwest, she was the Physical Therapist for professional dance companies in Chicago including Hubbard Street Dance Chicago. She also worked on Broadway in shows including Wicked and The Addams Family.
She moved to Colorado in search of the great outdoors. While working in an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Longmont, CO, she started a Pilates program where she taught a wide range of clientele.
She has an eclectic range of manual therapy techniques that she incorporates in her treatment including Dry Needling, Graston, Active Release technique (ART), and Cupping. She is a certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) which demonstrates her advanced clinical knowledge of joint mobilization in orthopedics.
A long time athlete and a collegiate cyclist, Mary is always training for the next race. In addition, she is a mom of three young children and therefore has had first hand experience in returning individuals to their athletic optimum.
Sarah has practiced at Synergy Physical Therapy and Yoga since 2013. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Colorado-Denver, and completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training through Integrative Yoga Therapy. Sarah has a passion for orthopedics, having undergone and recovered from spinal surgery herself. She’s completed training courses in working with people with persistent pain, those with neurologic conditions, and incorporating strength and conditioning/exercise prescription for people of all abilities.
A Colorado native, Sarah is an avid rock climber and trail runner, and enjoys playing in the mountains as much as possible with her husband and their pup.
Our newest member of the team is Renee. She comes to us from the commercial insurance world and her goal is to provide excellent service.
Since getting married last year she has settled into Evergreen living. Having grown up in the mountains she appreciates all things outdoors. Camping, skiing and hiking are some of her favorite activities. Since living in CO she has hiked 29 14ers and is hoping to reach 30 next year.
When Renee isn’t outside she enjoys baking cakes and cookies to share with friends and family.
Medical and office assistant by trade, Tammy enjoys helping people and providing quality care to patients as well as dedicated support to her Synergy co-workers/family.
A Colorado native, Tammy has lived and worked around the world and country with her husband and three children, coming full circle to put down roots in her native state.
She enjoys photography, hiking, camping, frequent travel with her family & friends and spending quality time with her Grandson.
