Our steps to protect you:

We are taking extra precautions to protect you and our staff until we feel it is safe to relax on social distancing guidelines.  We ask that you also consider the risks and cancel your appointment if you feel there is there is any possibility you have been infected.  We are doing the following to keep you safe:

1) Appointments are spaced out to limit clients from overlapping.

2) We have just one therapist treat at a time to limit bodies in the clinic.

3) Besides our normal cleaning protocol, we wipe down door handles, pens, equipment and anything touched between appointments.

4) Clinicians will wear masks and we ask that you do the same.  If you don't have a mask, we will provide one for you.

We will continue to offer Telehealth services indefinitely.  This is a great option for those who prefer to stay home but require guidance on things to do at home to better manage your condition.

What is Telehealth?

Telehealth is way to offer medical services, such as physical therapy, through electronic means. By utilizing technology, we talk with you, assess the way you move to determine the source of your complaint, and offer professional consultation through video.  We will send you exercises and written suggestions at the conclusion of your session.

The process is relatively simple. Once you make an appointment, we send you a welcome letter with instructions and we meet online at an agreed upon time.  The entire session takes place virtually - all from the privacy and safety of your home.

Your privacy is protected. We make certain that all communication follows HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ) guidelines and that any concerns you may have about online communications are answered.

The vast majority of common musculoskeletal injuries are suitable for telehealth. If we determine that this is not the case during the course of our interview, you will be refunded and we will refer you to the appropriate professional.

Physical Therapy services are considered essential. Therefore, if you have a condition that absolutely needs hands-on care while we are still required to maintain social distancing protocols, we may see you while following the strictest of protocols to protect both you and your therapist.
